Why I can’t stay quiet about this…


Hey Reader,

Let’s talk about something we don’t talk about enough.

🚨 1 in 3 teens (ages 12–17) already has pre-diabetes.

🚨 1 in 4 has either pre-diabetes or full-blown type 2.

It’s not genetics.

It’s not just bad luck.

It’s a broken food system… and it’s been broken for a while.

You’ve heard me say it before…

60% of what people eat is ultra-processed.

This includes our kids.

The most toxic foods… loaded with sugar, seed oils, artificial additives…

Are the most accessible.

The cheapest.

The most aggressively marketed.

And the least nourishing.

It’s a system designed to keep you sick.

And they’re getting to us younger and younger.

So when you find yourself feeling…

👉 Sluggish
👉 Bloated
👉 In pain
👉 Fatigued
👉 Stuck in a cycle of cravings or weight gain…

It’s not random.

And it didn’t start yesterday.

But here’s the thing…

Prevention doesn’t start when it’s already too late.

It starts with awareness. And it starts with you.
